Most recently, Luke led the executive team of a 150+ staff international institution in Dubai, and sat on the executive team of the wider 350+ staff multi-site group, with direct executive responsibility for culture, communication, strategic planning, operations and organisational performance.

His leadership spanned periods of significant operational challenge, including the COVID period, regional instability and major operational disruption, while maintaining organisational stability, trust and measurable performance improvement throughout.

His work has included professional development redesign across multiple sites, coaching-informed leadership culture, communication systems, digital transformation, data and reporting systems, and strategic wellbeing.

He now brings this experience to organisations facing similar challenges of growth, change, communication and sustainable performance.
